
California Highway Patrol Investigating Collision
WOODBRIDGE, CALIFORNIA (December 10, 2016) – A car accident occurred on Saturday evening around 8:16 p.m. at the intersection of of East Woodbridge Road and Benedict Drive, reported the California Highway Patrol. (map)
According to the CHP report, a white pickup truck and a black/gray Honda Accord were involved in a head-on collision. The vehicles were also reported to have struck a fence near the Woodbridge and Benedict intersection.
Emergency medical personnel responded to the scene. At least one person who suffered a knee injury required medical attention.
CHP investigators suspected alcohol to have been a factor in the crash.
The California Highway Patrol will issue a report after a thorough analysis of the evidence.
