WILLISTON, FLORIDA (April 16, 2017) – Four people were killed in a small plane crash on Sunday at the Williston Municipal Airport, according to a local news source. (map)
The small plane, identified as a 1948 Cessna 170 single engine plane, crashed into a stand of trees at the north side of the taxiway on Sunday afternoon for an unknown reason.
The plane was carrying 37 year old Nathan Enders, 42 year old Laura Enders, and their two children, 7 year old Jaden and 5 year old Eli. All four were tragically pronounced dead at the scene as a result of their injuries. The accident remains under investigation to determine cause and liability at this time.
