WILLSTON, NORTH DAKOTA (February 22, 2017) – A construction worker was killed on Wednesday morning in an accident at a construction site near the Life Church Assembly on 26th Street, according to a local news source. (map)

The accident happened around 9:00 a.m. at a construction site off of 26th Street West in Williston. A gravel truck reportedly struck a construction worker for an unknown reason. The construction worker sustained serious injuries and was rushed to Mercy Medical Center, where he sadly succumbed to his injuries and died.

The accident remains under investigation at this time to determine cause and liability.
