WILLIAMS, CALIFORNIA (March 28, 2017) – A big rig crashed off Meyers Road on Tuesday morning, according to a California Highway Patrol report. (map)

The accident happened around 9:48 am on Meyers Road just off Interstate 5. A big rig veered off the roadway into a power pole for an unknown reason.

A male inside the vehicle was injured, and a medical helicopter responded to the scene to tend to his injuries. The accident remains under investigation at this time to determine cause and liability and it is unknown if a second vehicle was involved.
