PALMYRA, WISCONSIN (November 26, 2017) –David Kemna and WIlliam Frison have been identified as the two people injured in a small plane crash on Sunday, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 2:30 pm. David Kemna and William Frison were both on board a Piper Cub J-3 owned by Flying Hawks Inc when it crashed into a swampy, wooded area near Jefferson Street for an unknown reason.
76 year old David Kemna, who was piloting the aircraft, and his passenger 75 year old William Frison were both injured and hospitalized after the accident. The Flying Hawks is a flying club based out of the Town of Palmyra Airport, and has a Cessna in addition to the Piper Cub that was destroyed in Sunday’s crash. The accident remains under investigation at this time.
