WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, PENNSYLVANIA(October 17, 2017) – 7 children were injured in a school bus accident on Tuesday afternoon, according to a local news source. (map)

The accident happened around 4:00 pm at the intersection of Route 66 and Mamont Road. A school bus and a water tank truck collided for an unknown reason.

7 children from the school bus, including 10 year old Trevaughn Monahan, were hospitalized after the accident. The accident remains under open investigation at this time.
