Dockins was pinned under the vehicle while Lamb was found nearby in the roadway. Dockins was treated at Kaweah Delta Medical center and released. Lamb was transported to Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno where she was listed in critical condition.

“According to experts drivers are responsible the majority of the time for pedestrian accidents. These collisions occur when drivers are careless and fail to yield in a crosswalk or when they turn right on a red light without looking out for a pedestrian,” said the attorneys from Lexton Law Firm, a California pedestrian accident and personal injury law firm.”
