VIDAL, CALIFORNIA (April 13, 2017) – A semi-truck was reportedly involved in a collision on US Highway 95 on Thursday morning, according to a California Highway Patrol report. (map)
The accident happened around 10:15 am on US Highway 95, just north of Vidal. A double tanker semi-truck and up to five additional vehicles were involved in a collision for an unknown reason. The semi truck sustained major front end damages in the accident.
At least one person sustained injuries, and paramedics rushed to the scene. The current condition of all those involved is unknown at this time, and the accident remains under investigation to determine cause and liability.
