VICTORVILLE, CALIFORNIA (February 14, 2017) – A Sheriff’s Deputy was injured in a three car accident on Tuesday evening at the intersection of Palmdale Road and Amethyst Road, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 9:00 p.m., when three unidentified vehicles were involved in a collision at the intersection. Allegedly, the deputy was northbound on Amethyst when he was struck by a 60-year-old woman identified as Barbara Stewart. A third vehicle, driven by a 54-year-old man identified as James Boross was also involved. The current condition of those involved in the accident is unknown, however, the deputy was reportedly injured in the collision.
The accident remains under investigation at this time to determine cause and liability.
