
Authorities Identify of Hwy. 395 Big Rig Crash
VICTORVILLE, CALIFORNIA (December 9, 2016) – A 52-year-old Upland woman was killed when she lost control of her vehicle and struck a semi truck on Highway 395 on Friday morning, reported the Daily Press.
The accident occurred around 11:25 a.m. on US-395 about one half of a mile north of Bear Valley Road. (map)
A preliminary investigation indicated Diane Brayford, 52, of Upland, was traveling northbound on Highway 395 about a half mile north of Bear Valley Road when she lost control for unknown reasons and hit the southbound semi truck.
Sadly, Diane Brayford died from her injuries shortly after she was airlifted to Loma Linda University Medical Center.
The Victorville City Sheriff’s Station is investigating the cause of the crash and will issue a report after a thorough analysis of the evidence.
