UPLAND, CALIFORNIA (January 29, 2017) – A fatal multi-vehicle collision occurred on Sunday morning, at approximately 3:19 a.m., on 210 Freeway, Near Mountain Avenue on-ramp. (map)

California Highway Patrol reported three to four vehicles involved in the crash. Paramedics were dispatched and pronounced Chieng Huu Chieng dead at the scene. Other people were injured in the crash and were flown to a local hospital.

CHP determined one of the drivers involved in the crash was driving while intoxicated. Police are still investigating the accident to determine the cause and liability.
