The plane crashed on Monday around 1:30 pm, near the San Joaquin River and near Sierra Sky Park. 47 year old William Huene and his passenger 32 year old Chase Splan were flying in an experimental Express S-90 plane when something went wrong and the plane crashed.
Both William Huene and Chase Splan were tragically killed in the accident. The NTSB and the FAA are running an investigation into the event to discover what occurred.
