CHP Investigating Union City Car Crash
UNION CITY, CALIFORNIA (December 13, 2016) – At least one person was injured in a three-vehicle collision on the southbound 880 Freeway near Alvarado-Niles Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the traffic accident occurred Tuesday evening at about 10:32 p.m. and involved three vehicles.
Emergency medical personnel were required at the scene to assist the injured motorists.
The CHP report indicated one person was reportedly suffered a head injury. It is unknown how many others were hurt in the accident.
A white or silver Honda sedan took on major rear-end damage from the impact. There were no details of any other injuries and no descriptions of any damages acquired by the other two vehicles.
The incident remains under investigation.
