“Big-Rig vs. Vehicle Crash”
TURLOCK, CALIFORNIA (June 8, 2017) – A semi-truck and vehicle were involved in collision on West Main Street near the southbound on ramp of Highway 99 Thursday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol report. (map)
The accident occurred at approximately 2:02 p.m. when the driver of he big-rig failed to stop, ran through the intersection, and struck a black Ford, according to CHP. The big-rig did not stop and continued southbound.
Emergency crews arrived at the scene and to assist the victim(s) of the collision. No other details of the collision were immediately available. An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the accident.
