TORRANCE, CALIFORNIA (April 14, 2017) – Two cars were involved in a collision on Carson Street on Friday just before noon, according to a California Highway Patrol report. (map)
The accident happened around 11:35 am at the intersection of Carson Street near Vermont Avenue. A silver 2004 Chrysler Sebring and a Lexus were involved in a collision for an unknown reason.
At least one person sustained injuries in the accident, and paramedics responded to the scene. One person was reported to have sustained a serious laceration. The accident remains under open investigation to determine cause and liability.
