The accident happened on Saturday at Lake O’ the Pines in Texas. A catamaran sailboat carrying three teenage boys struck a power line, sending electricity through the boat.
Two of the boys were killed immediately, and 11 year old Thomas Larry was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. Sadly, on Monday he succumbed to his injuries and was confirmed as the third victim of the accident.
The incident remains under active investigation at this time to determine cause and liability. The other two boys who were killed were identified as Heath Faucheux, and William Brannon.
