“Fire Truck Crash”
TEMECULA, CALIFORNIA (May 7, 2017) – A fire truck was involved in a solo vehicle collision on Ynez Road on Sunday morning, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 10:46 am on Ynez Road near Flores Drive. A Riverside County Fire Department Temecula engine was involved in a solo vehicle accident for an unknown reason. The fire truck was not en route to an emergency call at the time.
Four firefighters were taken to a nearby hospital with injuries ranging from minor to moderate. The accident remains under investigation at this time to determine cause and liability.
