TEMECULA, CALIFORNIA (January 20, 2017) – A 14 year old girl identified as Arielle Healy was killed in a solo vehicle accident on the 15 Freeway on Friday, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 8:00 am on the south side of the 15 Freeway near Temecula Parkway. A Ford F-450 pickup truck traveling southbound lost control during the rain, and crashed off the freeway. The truck was traveling around 60 MPH at the time and it overturned several times.
Arielle Healy was a rear seat passenger in the truck, and was not wearing a seatbelt. She was ejected during the crash and suffered fatal injuries. Paramedics pronounced her dead at the scene. The driver of the truck was identified as 40 year old Nicole Healy Rachel. Nicole Healy Rachel and three others were injured in the accident and were rushed to a nearby hospital. The accident remains under investigation at this time to determine cause and liability.
