TARZANA, CALIFORNIA (March 4, 2017) – A motorcyclist was killed in an accident on Oxnard Street on Saturday afternoon, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 2:10 pm on Oxnard Street near Reseda Boulevard. A 2016 Dodge Charger driven by a woman was parked on the south side of the street when she attempted to make a U-turn. A 2011 Suzuki motorcycle carrying two people crashed into the driver’s side of the Charger, ejecting the passenger.
The motorcyclist suffered severe injuries and was rushed to a local hospital, where he tragically was pronounced dead. His female passenger suffered severe injuries as well, but is in stable condition at the same hospital. The driver of the Charger suffered only minor injuries. The accident remains under investigation at this time.
