MODESTO, CALIFORNIA (March 13, 2017) – Tami Qualls has been identified as the woman that was killed in a hit and run accident on Monday evening on Frazine Road, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 8:20 pm on Frazine Road near Yosemite Boulevard. 34 year old Tami Qualls was pushing a motorcycle out of a field and onto Frazine Road along with a 53 year old Modesto man, when they were struck by a car.
Tami Qualls was tragically pronounced dead as a result of injuries sustained in the accident. Her companion, a 53 year old man, was rushed to a hospital in serious condition. The vehicle that struck the two immediately fled the scene, and an investigation is ongoing at this time to determine cause and liability.
