“Two Car Injury Crash”
TAHOE CITY, CALIFORNIA (February 21, 2017) – Two vehicles were involved in an accident on Tuesday afternoon on Highway 89 and Alpine Meadows Road, according to police officials. (map)
The crash occurred at approximately 3:08 p.m. A blue Toyota Highlander and a dump truck collided at the intersection of Highway 89 and Alpine Meadows Roads, according the California Highway Patrol. The collision caused multiple injuries to the parties involved in the crash and rescue personnel were dispatched to the scene to assist the injured victims.
An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause and liability of the accident.
