“Hit-and-run driver at large”
STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA (February 9, 2017) – According to the Stockton Police Department, a man in a wheelchair was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver in the 1000 block of North Wilson Way near Waterloo Road. (map)
SPD Officer Joe Silva reported that a blue or green four-door vehicle crashed into the victim around 7:15 p.m. and fled the scene of the accident. The man in the wheelchair was pronounced dead at the scene.
