SANTA CLARA, CALIFORNIA (March 28, 2017) – At least four to five vehicles were involved in an accident on US Highway 101 on Tuesday morning, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol. (map)
The accident happened around 9:23 am on the southbound side of US Highway 101 near the San Tomas Expressway onramp. A green Honda Civic, a white Ford pickup truck, a dark colored Mazda, a silver Honda CRV and a blue Fiat were involved in a collision for unknown reasons.
The driver of the Fiat reported possibly injuries, and an ambulance responded to the scene. The accident remains under active investigation to determine cause and liability at this time.
