At around 1:55 am, a Toyota Tundra was rear ended by a Toyota Camry on the southbound 5 Freeway near Main Street. TThe impact pushed the Tundra into another lane, where it was struck by a BMW. The driver of the BMW got out of his car to check on someone in the Tundra, and a Nissan approaching the scene was unable to avoid the BMW. The Nissan swerved into the BMW, pushing it into the driver.
The BMW driver was rushed to a nearby hospital with major injuries. His current condition is unknown. The accident remains under open investigation at this time to determine cause and liability.
“Police will gather evidence and conduct interviews with the drivers and witnesses to determine liability” said the attorneys from Lexton Law. “Any injured party involved in an accident will have a bodily injury claim against the negligent driver who caused the accident.”
