SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA (February 4, 2017) – Two cars collided on Saturday on the 280 Freeway near the 11th Street off-ramp, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 4:50 pm, on the northbound side of the 280 Freeway near the 11th Street off-ramp. A red Lexus 4 door sedan and a white Chevrolet Silverado collided for an unknown reason, blocking the fourth lane of the freeway.
At least one person was injured in the accident, and emergency medical personnel responded to the scene to tend to those injured. The accident remains under investigation at this time to determine cause and liability.
