SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA (February 25, 2017) – Two vehicles collided on northbound Highway 101 at the northbound Highway 85 on Saturday night. (map)
The accident occurred at about 6:55 p.m. California Highway Patrol reported that a smaller vehicle got rear-ended by another vehicle and caused major injuries.
An ambulance arrived on the scene to transport any injured victims to the hospital. Major front and rear-end damage was sustained by both vehicles. The case is still being investigated to determine cause and liability.
“Police will gather evidence and conduct interviews with the drivers and witnesses to determine liability” said the attorneys from Lexton Law Firm. “Any injured party involved in an accident will have a bodily injury claim against the negligent driver who caused the accident.”
“It’s very common following a traffic collision that motorists feel as if they are ok and injury free. Often however, it may take several days for pain symptoms to show signs due to the adrenaline build up. Drivers are advised to see a doctor to ensure they are healthy and injury free following an accident,” said the attorneys from Lexton Law Firm, San Jose car accident and personal injury law firm.
