SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA (December 25, 2016) – According to the San Jose Police Department, a 14-year-old boy and a woman was killed on Sunday Morning in a deadly head-on DUI collision on Capitol Expressway. (map)

The SJPD reported that a 25-year-old woman had crossed onto oncoming traffic and collided head-on with another vehicle that was carrying a couple and their 14-year-old son. All injured parties involved were transported to a hospital. The 25-year-old woman and 14-year-old boy succumbed to their injuries and were pronounced dead. The parents of the 14-year-old are expected to survive the accident.
