SAN DIEGO, California: Five-Year-Old Boy Hit and Injured by Vehicle Driven by 60-Year-Old Woman on Trojan Avenue

SAN DIEGO, CA – A boy, 5, was hit and injured by a vehicle driven by a sixty year old woman in the 5300 block of Trojan Avenue. The accident occurred at around 12:52 p.m. on Saturday.

According to the CHP report, the boy was accompanied by four other members of his family while they walked along the sidewalk in Colina Del Sol. The little boy suddenly ran out into the street and was hit by the car.

The boy sustained a fractured left leg. The female driver of the vehicle remained at the scene of the crash and was cooperative with authorities. No other injuries were reported. Names have not been released.
