SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA (May 1, 2017) – Two cars were involved in a collision on Monday morning on the 215 Freeway, according to a California Highway Patrol report. (map)
The accident happened around 6:58 am on the northbound side of Interstate 215 near University Parkway. A white GMC sedan and a black Toyota Tundra were involved in a collision for an unknown reason. A black SUV may also have been involved. The impact caused the Tundra pickup truck to overturn onto its side.
An ambulance responded to the scene, but the condition of those involved is unknown at this time. The accident remains under open investigation to determine cause and liability.
