SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA (January 12, 2017) – Two cars were involved in an accident on Thursday afternoon on the 215 Freeway, according to a local news source. (map)
A red Mazda van and a black Toyota Camry collided on the 215 Freeway near Highway 259 around 4:16 pm. The reason for the collision is unknown, however the vehicles ended up blocking the center divider, the first lane, and the third lane. A guardrail was also reportedly blocking the first lane.
Paramedics responded after at least one person reported injuries from the accident. The condition of those involved is unknown at this time, but the investigation is ongoing to determine cause and liability.
