SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA (January 21, 2017) – Gregory Grady has been identified as the pedestrian struck by a car and killed on Base Line Street on Saturday evening, according to a local news source. (map)

The accident happened around 7:10 pm on Saturday at the intersection of Base Line Street and Medical Center Drive. A 62 year old man identified as Gregory Grady was struck by a 2006 Jeep.

Gregory Grady was rushed to Community Hospital of San Bernardino by a responding AMR ambulance, where he tragically succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead. The driver of the Jeep remained at the scene and is cooperating with authorities in their ongoing investigation.
