SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA (May 31, 2017) – Three cars were involved in an accident on Interstate 80 on Wednesday, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 8:55 am on the westbound side of Interstate 80 near Interstate 5. A black Audi, a green Toyota Camry, and a white Toyota Camry were involved in an accident for an unknown reason.
At least one person inside the green Toyota Camry reported chest pains after the accident, and paramedics rushed to the scene. The accident remains under open investigation to determine cause and liability.
