SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA (April 12, 2017) – At least two people were hospitalized after a collision involving multiple cars on State Route 99 on Wednesday morning, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 11:15 am on the northbound side of the 99 Freeway, by the connector with Highway 50. At least 4-5 vehicles were involved in an accident for an unknown reason. One of the vehicles was described as being a black sedan, and another as a silver Ford Taurus.
One person with the last name Williams was transported to UC Davis, and one person with the last name Dorren was taken to the same hospital. Their current condition is unknown at this time. The accident remains under investigation.
