SACRAMENTO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA (January 12, 2017) – At least one person was killed in a tragic accident on Thursday night on Lincoln Highway in Sacramento County, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 11:23 pm on Highway 50 (Lincoln Highway) near Zinfandel Drive. A black SUV of unidentified make and model crashed off the road and went through a fence before slamming into a tree and bursting into flames.
At least one person was killed in the tragic collision, and it is unknown at this time if others were involved in the accident. The investigation is ongoing to determine what happened.
