SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA (April 5, 2017) – A car crashed into a wall on Interstate 5 on Wednesday morning, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 10:45 am on the northbound side of Interstate 5, near J Street. A gray Mitsubishi Eclipse crashed into the sound-wall for an unknown reason. A big rig was also seen in the area blocking several lanes, but it is unknown if it was involved in the collision or not.
An ambulance responded to the scene, but the condition of those involved is currently unknown. The accident remains under open investigation to determine cause and liability at this time.
