SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA (February 14, 2017) – 13-year-old Muheebullah Rajabi died in a vehicle collision on Tuesday morning on Hillsdale Boulevard and Palm Avenue in the Foothills Farm area, according to the California Highway Patrol. (map)

The fatal crash occurred at approximately after 8:00 a.m. Rajabi was riding his bike on the southbound side of the sidewalk of Hillsdale Boulevard traveling north, when a driver, that was coming out of the 7-Eleven parking lot, collided into Rajabi while making a right turn. Tragically, Rajabi was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene an cooperated with authorities. The CHP concluded that drugs and/or alcohol were not factors in the fatal collision.
