ROYALTON TOWNSHIP, OHIO (February 22, 2017) – A 24 year old man from Fayette was tragically killed in a semi-truck accident on Wednesday morning on State Route 109, according to a local news source. (map)

The accident happened around 5:00 am at the intersection of State Route 109 near US Route 20. A semi-truck driven by 30 year old Roberto DeJesus Hernandez was heading northbound on State Route 109 when it attempted to turn left onto US Route 20 westbound. He allegedly failed to yield the right of way, and he was struck by an eastbound semi truck on US 20 driven by 24 year old Naylen K Fonseca.

Naylen Fonseca was tragically killed in the accident. Roberto Hernandez was reportedly not injured. The accident is under active investigation to determine cause and liability at this time.
