“Cyclist vs. Vehicle Crash”
ROSEVILLE, CALIFORNIA (March 5, 2017) – A 50-year-old bicyclist was involved in a collision with a vehicle Sunday morning, according a Roseville Police report. (map)
The crash occurred a approximately 9:30 a.m., when 32-year-old Blake Robinson struck the bicyclist on the westbound off-ramp of Interstate 80 at Atlantic Street. The cyclist was transported to a local hospital for treatment of major injuries sustained in the crash.
Robinson remained at the scene and was later arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and causing injury Robinson was taken to the placer County Jail. Police are currently investigating the accident.
