“Bicycle vs.Vehicle Crash”
RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA (April 8, 2017) – Two bicyclists were involved in a hit-and-run crash late Saturday evening on Jackson and Audrey Streets, according to the Riverside Police Department. (map)
Police were called to an accident at approximately 11:45 p.m. The bicyclists, traveling in the bicycle lane, were struck by a motorist, who was later identified as 19-year-old Yulissa Estrada. Estrada fled the scene.
The bicyclists sustained moderate injuries and were transported to a local hospital for treatment. Estrada later turned herself into police and was arrested for felony hit-and run charges.
