The accident happened at the John’s Incredible Pizza Company on Valley Springs Parkway in Riverside. A train ride called the “Incredible Express” malfunctioned and stopped abruptly, causing seven children on board the ride to slam their faces into the train.
13-year-old Kayla Simpson was rushed to a hospital and the condition of the other six children is unknown. Most suffered bruising and bleeding in their facial area. The incident is under investigation by the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health at this time.
