RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA (April 3, 2017) – Riverside Fire Department reported a two car collision at a strip mall on Tyler and Gould Streets Monday morning. (map)
The accident occurred at approximately 11:00 a.m. A driver attempted to put their vehicle in reverse, but instead drove forward and collided into another vehicle. The vehicle then struck a pillar and stopped next to a cage which contained tanks filled with propane.
The driver of the vehicle that was struck was a pregnant motorist. Authorities did not report any injuries. The propane tanks appeared to be stable with no exterior damage or leakage to them and a meat market was closed after the collision. However, the other business in the strip mall remained open. The identities of the persons involved in the collision were not yet released.
“Police will gather evidence and conduct interviews with the drivers and witnesses to determine liability” said the attorneys from Lexton Law Firm. “Any injured party involved in an accident will have a bodily injury claim against the negligent driver who caused the accident.”
