CHP Officer Sean Wilkenfeld reported that a 2003 Lexus, 21-year-old Lexus Taylor, was traveling westbound on Cutting Boulevard around 11:30 p.m. when she lost control and overturned. Green was ejected from the vehicle.
Officer Wilkenfeld states that Green was pronounced dead at the scene while Taylor sustained major injuries and is expected to survive. The CHP believes that Taylor was under the influence and will be facing charges.
“It’s unfortunate that motorists under the influence disregard the negative effects that may ensue from driving under the influence. Drunk drivers continue to endanger the safety of everyone,” said the attorneys from Lexton Law Firm, a California car accident and personal injury attorney.
