76 year old Richard Christy, identified as the driver, was tragically pronounced dead as a result of the accident. The investigation is ongoing at this time, and Lexton Law is still receiving updates on this accident and will continue to update this article. Initial reports indicate the crossing is not equipped with crossing arms.
