A semi-truck pulling a trailer loaded with horses traveling on the eastbound side of the 10 Freeway near Orange Street swerved and jackknifed for an unknown reason, colliding with a pickup truck.
None of the motorists reported sustaining any injuries in the collision, but the horses inside the trailer suffered injuries. The accident blocked several lanes, and it remains under investigation to determine cause and liability.
“Any injured party involved in an accident will have a bodily injury claim against the negligent driver who caused the accident,” said a California car accident and personal injury lawyer.
