The accident happened around 11:18 am on the eastbound side of the 10 Freeway near Eureka Street. A Fed-Ex truck towing two trailers collided with an SUV for unknown reasons. The impact caused the semi-truck to jackknife, blocking several freeway lanes.
Initial reports state nobody was injured in the accident, but an ambulance responded as a precaution. The condition of those involved is not known at this time, and the investigation is ongoing.
“Any injured party involved in an accident will have a bodily injury claim against the negligent driver who caused the accident,” said a California car accident and personal injury lawyer.
