A Cessna 172, carrying a 20 year old woman identified as Shaira Noor and two men ages 25 and 28, took off from American Aviation Academy out of Gillespie Field in an instructor student flight. The plane crashed near the Ramona Airport, in a remote area of the Cleveland National Forest.

The 20 year old woman was tragically killed in the accident. The two men were able to climb out of the plane and get help; they suffered only minor injuries. The accident remains under active investigation by the FAA and the NTSB at this time to determine cause and liability.

“The NTSB investigates every aviation accident in the country. We subscribe to their service and are aware of every accident, and have an intimate knowledge of the many causes of aircraft crashes. We are experts in this area,” said the attorneys from Lexton Law Firm. Lexton Law Firm handles aviation cases all over the country, and is a leading expert in aviation crashes.
