SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA (March 1, 2017) – A woman that was struck by a car and killed on Wednesday, March 1st, has been identified as Qiu Liang, according to local news sources. (map)
The accident happened around 6:44 p.m. at the intersection of Mission Street and Ney Street. 50 year old Qiu Liang was crossing the street when she was struck by a car of unidentified make and model.
Qiu Liang was rushed to a hospital, but she tragically succumbed to her injuries and died a short time later. The accident remains under investigation at this time to determine cause and liability.
