According to the CHP report, a father and son were on a motorcycle ride when their bikes were hit by a pickup truck traveling on the wrong side of Campo Road, also known as Highway 94.
One of the victims was airlifted to the hospital, while the other rider was taken by ground ambulance.
The CHP considered the accident a possible DUI incident and will issue a report after a thorough analysis of the evidence.
“Police will need to undergo a thorough investigation to determine what caused the accident. Many motorcycle accidents are typically the fault of the driver,” said the attorneys from Lexton Law, a California personal injury law firm.
