“Hit-and Run Crash”
POMONA, CALIFORNIA (April 10, 2017) – A pedestrian was involved in a vehicle collision Holt Avenue near Reservoir Street Monday evening, according to the Pomona Police Department. (map)
The collision was reported at approximately 8:45 p.m. A pedestrian was struck by a hit and run driver, that fled the scene. Rescue crews were dispatched to the scene to find the injured pedestrian. The severity of the injuries sustained by the pedestrian were unknown.
The pedestrian was then transported to Pomona Valley Hospital Trauma Center for treatment. The identity of the pedestrian was not immediately available. An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the collision.
