“Car Accident Reported on Highway 101”
PETALUMA, CALIFORNIA (June 1, 2017) – Three cars were involved in a collision on Thursday morning on Highway 101, according to a California Highway Patrol report. (map)
The accident happened around 6:30 am on the northbound side of Highway 101 near Railroad Avenue. Two cars were reportedly traveling at high speeds when one or both of them became involved in an accident. A total of three cars were involved, including a BMW that overturned, a Toyota Truck, and a third vehicle of unidentified make and model.
At least one person sustained injuries in the accident, and emergency medical personnel responded to the scene immediately after the collision. The condition of those involved is unknown at this time, but the accident remains under open investigation at this time to determine cause and liability.
